About Us

RMS was founded in Massillon and is a family business. And now as of 2021 RMS is moving to the second generation and will be offering plumbing and drain cleaning services. We are excited for this new chapter.  

Andrews bio: Andrew started working with Randy at the age of 16. Working alongside his dad he remodeled bathrooms, kitchens and basements. Learning to cut tile, drywall, run plumbing, install cabinets, sinks, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, toilets and more. During this time he found he loved the plumbing side of the business. After a few years he worked with a plumbing and drain company and found he liked drain cleaning too. So as second generation of RMS he will be offering what he likes best-plumbing and drain cleaning. 

Randy's bio: Randy started his remodeling experience at a young age. Most children's household chores consist of mowing the lawn and shoveling snow.  In addition to those chores Randy learned to change toilets, paint walls, install drywall, fix plumbing and more. And when he was finished with his house there was always a relative somewhere that needed something done.

For over thirty five years Randy has been helping people improve their homes creating many new friendships in the process. Now in 2021 it is Andrew's turn to continue the RMS tradition.
